Montana Wilderness Leadership Adventure

Provide your Executive or Management Team with a Pack-in trip by horse to combine world renowned trout fishing with Leadership & Executive Development. The Leadership & Executive agenda will be developed to meet the Company's objectives. This adventure is intended to provide the Executive or Management Team with leadership, emotional, mental and physical growth opportunity. I suggest one-half day of fishing, exploring or just relaxing; and one-half day of Executive or Management Leadership training. Three day trips are available for summer of 2005. This is a challenging trip into the rugged mountain lakes of the Rocky Mountains. Wall tents, horses and meals are provided in this rugged retreat.

Lodge Leadership Retreat

The Lodge Leadership Retreat is nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains of Big Sky, Montana at a beautiful lodge. We will provide your management team with Leadership workshops designed to help the participants learn critical competencies. Because our Retreats are reality anchored, participants will work on their skills through actual workplace issues. This retreat will provide all the comforts of home. We are taking reservations for 2004 and 2005.
