For many years, industry has focused on Safety, Cost, Productivity, Availability and Product Quality in their attempt to obtain the lowest unit cost. L.I.C.C. allows the client to identify, analyze and understand the detail of the excessive costs, then develop plans to improve efficiencies and curtail the overspending.
